Superb Hamilton 992B railroad watch

Really nice hamilton 992B railroad watch made in 1950.
Renowned for their quality, reliability and time keeping accuracy the Hamilton 992B also represents the peak of pocket watch development for the time. Featuring 21 jewels, a fully capped Swiss lever escapement with double roller, Sapphire pallet stones, gold timing screws, and a sprung micro-regulator. The movement also incorporates the latest "Elinvar" white metal hairspring and associated solid mono-metal balance wheel. This particular watch is in fine mechanical condition as it's running strong and keeping time within a few seconds per day. It is stem wind and lever set.
This is a 20 year gold filled 3 piece case with screw on/off covers that is in super condition with no dents, dings, abrasion, and with all of the gold bright and lustrous. Beautiful case!
Double sunk white enamel dial with 24 hour markers and Montgomery style minute marker outer track. The dial is in as new condition, "nuff sed".
A very good set of blued steel hands under a good acrylic ctystal.
Overall a very collectible watch in super fine condition.
