Series 3 E. Howard 17 jewel full hunter

This is a nice example of a fairly rare, high quality Full Hunter from E. Howard & Co. made in 1909.
The nickel movement is a model 1905 with 17 jewels, a Swiss lever escapement with Sapphire pallets and a micro-regulator. The watch is running strong in all positions for the full length of the wind and keeps time to within + 30 secs. per day.
Gold filled case that is in nice condition, the only gold loss appears to be from the bow which is fairly common. Hinged front, rear and internal dust covers with all of the hinges good and all covers operating as they should. The front cover release spring, and lifting spring are good so pressing the crown pops the front open where it is held at 90Deg.
Good original dial in super condition, good hands and a new acrylic crystal.
Overall a very nice full hunter that could be used daily.
