This is a fairly rare super high grade Railroad watch featuring a 24 jewel movement with screw set Gold Jewel settings, Gold timing screws and a micro regulator. The specification of this watch far exceeds the Railroad standards of the time. This example running really well and keeping good time to within a minute per day.
The screw front and back Gold Filled case in fine condition showing just minimal smoothing due to age with no brassing evident anywhere on the case, pendant or bow. The engraved design still crisp and sharp today.
The white enamel double sunk dial in as new condition, no chips, cracks or hairlines and the Gothic style printing clear and sharp, accompanied by blued steel heavy Railroad spade hands in fine condition.
