Mahogany Pocket watch storage chest

This is a vintage mahogany chest made originally for Harrods as a cutlery canteen. It has been professionally re-purposed as a storage chest for a pocket watch collection (or anything else that will fit in the pockets). It has been completely re-lined in green velvet, and the hard wood dividers are professionally made and fitted. The chest is fully lockable and a working key is provided.

The chest has 3 tiers, upper level beneath the lid plus 2 pull out drawers.
The top tier has 28 pockets each  73mm x 89mm
middle drawer 28 pockets  70mm x 85mm
Bottom drawer is part partitioned  55%-45% with 16 pockets  62mm x 78mm
with a free space 213mm x 320mm for chains, fobs, documents etc.
Additionally the bottom drawer has depth to accomodate a free tray for which ledges have been fitted (Tray not included)
Total capacity (without tray) is 71 pocket watches.  A tray can be manufactured at additional cost, please speak to me if that is of interest.
Lined with green velvet and light coloured hard wood dividers.
Working lock and key.
Original brass fittings include;  Oval drop pulls to drawers,  Drop handles to the sides, quadrant hinges, excutcheon plate and original Harrods name plate.
