Lovely Elgin 16s B W Raymond with original box

Hard to find Elgin railroad watch complete with it's original box. Made in 1944.
The 21 jewel nickel plate movement is a model 15 grade 478 with fully Capped Swiss lever escapement, double roller, micro-regulator etc. It runs well in all positions and is keeping very good time.
The 10K gold filled case appears original to the watch and is in super fine condition with no dents, dings or apparent wear through of the gold. Screw on/off front and rear covers and both do so easily.
The white enamel dial is in as new condition as also are the hands, and the acrylic crystal.
The original sales box is in very nice condition with just a couple of frayed edges.
Overall a fine watch in lovely condition with a rare original box.
