17 jewel 16s Illinois Hunter, beautiful case and running well.

A really handsome full hunter from Illinois Watch Co. made in 1918.
It has a 17jewel model 7 nickel plate movement that is running well and keeping good time.
This watch is stem wind and stem set.
A really handsome 20 year gold filled case that is in super condition with no dents, dings or apparent wear through the gold. Pendant crown and bow also in very nice condition. Beautifully engraved scenes to both front and rear covers are worn due to age and use but nonetheless are still crisp and clear.
An almost unmarked double sunk white enamel dial, bar a hairline though the 3. In reality and in the hand this mark is just about unnoticeable. The time shown by plum coloured hands under a good acrlic crystal.
Overall a very handsome watch in lovely condition and very useable.
