16 size Elgin 19 jewel B W Raymond Railroad watch.

Very nice 16 size Railroad Watch made by Elgin Watch Co. in 1911, runs really well and keeps good time.
The nickel movement is a grade 372 "B W Raymond" with 19 jewels, Swiss lever escapement, Sapphire pallets, gold timing screws and a "travelling nut" micro-regulator. This high quality movement also features a jewelled mainspring barrel and is finished with a beautiful damaskened pattern, gilt inlaid script and screw set gold jewel settings. A very high quality and sophisticated movement of the time.
This one is running sweetly and is keeping very good time, it is stem wind and lever set.
The 3 piece 20 year gold filled case is in very nice condition with no dents, dings, abrasion, or evident wear through. The pendant crown and bow also in first class condition. Both of the screw on/off covers remove and replace easily.
Original double sunk white enamel dial is in good condition with just a light hairline visible by the 1. The time indicated by a very good set of blued steel hands under a very good mineral crystal.
Overall a super Railroader in fine order and working as intended.
